1- Antigua Barbuda Citizenship

Antigua and Barbuda has proposed a new economic citizenship by investment and passport program for investors who can directly acquire citizenship and passport either by donation to a charity or buying a real estate.

Update: As of August 2014, the minimum investment amount for NDF contribution has been reduced from $250,000 to $200,000. Further the Government fee is waived for 2 persons in a family of four. The minimum residency requirements has also been reduced from 35 days to just 5 days.

The Antigua Barbuda Citizenship by Investment program requires only 5 days of physical presence during the initial 5 year period and after that it can be renewed with paying applicable passport fee. 2-St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship

St Kitts and Nevis is a small two island nation in West Indies. St. Kitts, also known as 'Saint Christopher' and Nevis forms part of the group of islands known as the Lesser Antilles, located some 2,000 km to the southeast of Miami. The country has wonderful cool climate, enjoyable throughout the year. The country is well connected by flights from US, Europe and the Caribbean airliners.

Benefits
The St. Kitts and Nevis passport is very well regarded and has excellent reputation, and only relatively few passports have been issued under this citizenship-by-investment program by the Government.

Minimum Investment
To qualify for citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis under its Citizenship-by-Investment Program, the Government requires either:

1. A nonrefundable charity donation of minimum US$ 250,000 to the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation (SIDF) for single person + payment of processing fees. For accompanying family members (see below).
2. Designated recoverable Real Estate Investment with a value of at least US$ 400,000 plus payment of various registration and other fees. For any accompanying family members, additional costs apply (see below).

3-Dominica Citizenship / Passport:

Dominica is a 751 sq.km island nation in the eastern Caribbean. The economy is primarily agriculture based and Roseau is the capital city.
Dominica has an “Economic citizenship by investment” program which allows granting citizenship to those who make a contribution to the development of the country. Still Dominica is the only country where you can get a second citizenship, is more affordable and cheaper compared to other economic citizenship programs offered by other countries in Europe or Caribbean.

Dominica directly offers full life citizenship to investors without any prior residency requirement. With Dominica passport, you can travel visa free to over 80 countries including the UK and common wealth country.
For Schengen states or travel in US, usually visa is needed. There are no capital gains, inheritance, gift or wealth taxes in Dominica. Unless you live in Dominica, there are no income taxes on your worldwide earnings.

Under the citizenship program you will need to make small non-refundable investment of
Single Applicant – US$ 75’000
With Family – US $100’000
In addition, to the above, there are also additional charges..
Government charges – approx. US$ 2,200 per applicant (processing, agent and registration fees)
Due diligence fee – Approx between US$ 5,000 to US$ 10,000 apply.
It takes about 6-14 months of processing time to get the passport and citizenship. The Dominica passport is valid for 10yrs and the government allows dual nationality and does not report your citizenship to other countries.
Restricted countries: If you are a citizen of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Yemen, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia – you cannot apply for this program.

The government has a mandatory requirement for the applicant to appear for personal interview in Dominica.

4- Grenada Citizenship by Investment

Grenada is a beautiful country in the Caribbean with white sand beaches and pristine blue waters.
Grenada Economic Investment Program (“GEIP”) newly launched by the Government of Grenada, offers foreign nationals citizenship and passport in exchange for a minimum investment of $200,000 USD (plus administrative fees) towards Grenada’s economy and infrastructure.

It takes about 2 months (fastest) to receive the passport which enables visa free travel to over 100 countries including EU, UK and Canada. The total costs will come around $350,000 (all inclusive) for one person and additional fees for each family member. More information available upon request.
